Is there a God?

Spread the love

If the word “God” means anything,it must be nothing. God is not a fact.W fact is an object in the field of time and space,an image in the dream field.
God is no dream.God is no fact.

God is a word referring to us past any thing that can be conceived of or named.God is not a denotation to something, but connotation which refers to transcendent.

In every tradition, gods are agents, manifestations. of energy, not the source of energy.
all the gods are either he or she.
but if the god is beyond space time .it must be neither he nor she.

In the tribe, deities were the personification of power.eg
like a prism which splits light into a rainbow.
and one fragment of light which could be any one of them .may be red one ,
So if you worship sun, wind or rain .basically you worship a personification of ultimate energy .
But today psychology is transformed.
Our god is the source of god.

before 4th to 5th millennium bc.
there was no male god.
but only female god.
and more earlier in hunting culture, God form is in animals.

All the gods of the world are metaphors, not power.

Metaphor that refers to ultimate mystery ultimate energy.

Could god exist if there is nobody to worship them.
There are no gods.

There are as many gods as there are people thinking about god.

COULD WOULD God exist if nobody else did? No. That’s why gods are very avid for worshipers. If there is nobody to worship them, there are no gods. There are as many gods as there are people thinking about God. When Mrs. Mulligan and the Pope are thinking about God, it is not the same God.

In choosing your god, you choose your way of looking at the universe. There are plenty of Gods. Choose yours.

The god you worship is the god you deserve.

When you say that God needs man and man needs God, that “God” that’s being talked about is the image of God, the concept of God, the name of God, the ethnic God. You bet he needs a man. He wouldn’t be there if it weren’t for man.

In the tribe, deities were personifications of power. In later years, they became the source of power.

All the gods of the world are metaphors, not powers.

The virgin birth comes into Christianity by way of the Greek tradition when you read the four gospels for example the only one in which the virgin birth appears in the Gospel according to luke, and leaked was a Greek.

Buddha born from mother side.thats the symbolic birth.

When a ordinary man named Siddhartha get enlightenment. and became buddha, means awakend.
this psychological transformation is called virgin birth as it was not any concern with physical.
So,we can say buddha born from mother side.
Vergin birth is nothing but when you realised and experienced the mystical realisation.you die to your flash and are born to your spirit.your psychology will be transformed. In this condition you identify yourself with the consciousness not with the body you passessed. You realise the mystical thing like you and other are one.
just like
Jesus and father are one.
Thi christ came the way you and I did.
Means not the way it used to .
and same like crist, when he was borned, virginity of his mother was restored .

Why helping other is universal.

“How is it possible that suffering that is neither my own nor of my concern should immediately affect me as though it were my own, and with such force that it moves me to ac- tion?… This is something really mysterious, something for which Reason can provide no explanation, and for which no basis can be found in prac- tical experience. It is not unknown even to the most hard-hearted and self- interested. Examples appear every day before our eyes of instant responses of the kind, without reflection, one person helping another, coming to his aid, even setting his own life in clear danger for someone whom he has seen for the first time, having nothing more in mind than that the other is in need and in peril of his life…”

Schopenhauer’s response, one Campbell delighted in making his own, was that the immediate reaction and response represented the breakthrough of a metaphysical realization best rendered as “thou art that.”2 This pre- supposes, as the German philosopher wrote, his identification with someone not himself, a penetration of the barrier between persons so that the other was no longer perceived as an indifferent stranger but as a person “in whom I suffer, in spite of the fact that his skin does not enfold my nerves.”3

This fundamental insight, as Schopenhauer continued, reveals that “my own true inner being actually exists in every living creature… [and] is the ground of that compassion (Mitleid) upon which all true, that is to say, unselfish, virtue rests and whose expression is in every good deed.

“There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality.”

-Albert Einstein¹

It is on this very point that Eastern mysticism and Western science meet. Tat tvam asi, “thou art that,” is the bottom line of Joseph Campbell’s philosophy. There is no matter; everything is the field. The sepa- rations and limitations are in our own minds.

To separate oneself or one’s group-to say, “Oh, no, we are different”-is to set oneself against whole- ness. To separate ourselves from the whole is to cut our options and erect the walls of our own prison. When we create duality in our thoughts and lives, we have created opposition.
